State Operated Psychiatric Hospitals and Facilities
The Division of Comprehensive Psychiatric Services operates eight adult inpatient facilities, one children’s psychiatric hospital, and one children’s residential center. There are two additional 10-bed children’s acute units at two of the adult inpatient facilities. The Division also operates and oversees a program for sexually violent predators committed by the court.
