Office of Human Resources
The Office of Human Resources has the departmentwide responsibility for development, implementation and coordination of human resources policies, procedures, and functions, including but not limited to compensation, classification, labor relations, safety, discipline, and federal regulatory compliance. The Office of Human Resources hopes to provide DMH employees the same level of respect, consideration and service that the department offers to consumers of services.
